When will my item be sent?
For UK orders, CDs are usually sent out the same day or the next working day. You will receive an email from PayPal to tell you when your order has been sent. Overseas orders can take up to three days to be dispatched, as I'll need to visit the post office.
How much is postage and packaging?
The prices you see on the shop page include all delivery charges. CDs and merchandise are always sent First Class, and tickets are sent either First or Second Class depending on how soon the event is.
Will my credit card details be secure?
Yes. Payments in our shop are handled by PayPal. After clicking on the Buy Now button, you can check that the page is secure by looking in the address bar for two things: "https" rather than "http" at the beginning, and a padlock symbol at the end. Please note: At NO point will I ever have access to your credit card details. It all goes through PayPal, which is an established and reputable company.
As a general rule, all credit cards are guaranteed against fraud on the Internet by your credit card provider, but be careful with debit cards because these do not usually have the same protection.
Are your CDs professionally replicated?
Sorry, no. Replication is very costly and I am an independent, self-funded artist. Where possible I seek professional duplication and packaging for my CDs, but some are home-duplicated. However, I check every CD before it is sent out to ensure there are no defective ones sold. And unlike some artists, I will never risk errors by putting any kind of sticker onto the CD.
Can I buy from outside the UK?
Yes, but you must make sure to select the delivery option "Outside UK" from the drop-down box, as the included postage costs will be higher. Payment is in British Pounds Sterling - see the next question for conversion rates.

As soon as I have sent your items, I will mark it as "sent" on PayPal. You will then receive an email from PayPal to inform you of this. As most items are sent out the same day by Royal Mail First Class, you should receive your items quickly.
